Take part in our daily meditation and relaxation activities at Club La Santa. Enjoy relaxing music and stunning views of the ocean and the volcanoes as you are guided through yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation.

Practice in the best, newest and most modern facilities, suitable for teams of all sizes.  Most of our classes are completely free to join – it’s part of what we call an "All Sports Inclusive".

Hiit A high-intensity interval training class which involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by varied periods of low-intensity active rest, or complete rest.

Step

Step A high energy class using the Reebok step platform. Choose from 3 different levels of choreography based on your ability level to challenge both your body and mind.

Senior circuits

Senior circuits This class is designed to maintain and improve mobility, strength and flexibility. You can enjoy the benefits of training in a group setting, making full use of our Sanocircle air resistance machines.

Trampoline fitness

Trampoline fitness This is a fun and dynamic class where you will get a full body workout on a fitness trampoline.

Ultimate abs

Ultimate abs This workout will strengthen and tone the whole of your core with or without equipment.

Sup fitness

Sup fitness You will perform a variety of strength and balance exercises on a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board. It is an unstable platform that acts as a balance trainer and increases the intensity and difficulty of every exercise.

Ultimate legs & glutes

Ultimate legs & glutes This workout will strengthen and tone your entire lower body with a special focus on thighs and glutes. Don´t miss out on this awesome class while on holiday at Club La Santa!

Aerial fitness

Aerial fitness Conditioning and flexibility exercises using the hammocks and the floor. First, join an introduction class then you are ready for a faster pace and more challenging exercises.

Aqua jogging

Aqua jogging Aqua Jogging is very effective for injury rehabilitation and for non-impact cross training. Our introduction class focuses on technique and injury prevention, whilst getting a good workout.

Aqua party

Aqua party Want to start a party? Aqua Party is an activity for everyone! You will combine fun moves with energetic music to give you an entertaining workout in the leisure pool.

Fitness reformer

Fitness reformer Using the reformer machines, you will combine dynamic, functional movements to create a full body workout that will work with strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Liit

Liit A low-impact interval training class which involves a full body workout that raises your heart rate but without the impact on your joints.

Fascial training

Fascial training In this class we will work with the connective tissue in the body – our fascia. Through mobility exercises, dynamic wide movements, rebound elasticity, multi-dimensional/functional movements and finally fascial release we will create a healthy fascia

Body Bike

Body Bike Body Bike takes place outdoors on BODY BIKE® SMART + bikes. We use INTELLIGENT CYCLING® and the BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling app. You can use Look Delta and SPD cleats or training shoes for the bikes.

Zumba

Zumba Zumba® is a total body workout that blends all elements of fitness into one energy boosting, stress relieving workout. The fusion of Latin and World rhythms creates the perfect combination of fun and fitness so you won´t even realise you are exercising.
