Aerial fitness

Aerial fitness Conditioning and flexibility exercises using the hammocks and the floor. First, join an introduction class then you are ready for a faster pace and more challenging exercises.

Aerial relaxation

Aerial relaxation You will lie suspended in the aerial hammocks and be guided into a deep state of both physical and mental relaxation. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for new adventures.

Aqua jogging

Aqua jogging Aqua Jogging is very effective for injury rehabilitation and for non-impact cross training. Our introduction class focuses on technique and injury prevention, whilst getting a good workout.

Aqua party

Aqua party Want to start a party? Aqua Party is an activity for everyone! You will combine fun moves with energetic music to give you an entertaining workout in the leisure pool.

Ballroom dancing

Ballroom dancing Ballroom dancing will teach you to cha cha cha, jive, waltz, samba and more whilst having a fun effective workout. This is all done to the latest and most popular music without a partner.

Barefoot fitness

Barefoot fitness This classes focuses on strengthening and mobilizing the feet and ankles. It involves functional exercises using only your bodyweight.

Body Bike

Body Bike Body Bike takes place outdoors on BODY BIKE® SMART + bikes. We use INTELLIGENT CYCLING® and the BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling app. You can use Look Delta and SPD cleats or training shoes for the bikes.

Body toning

Body toning This full body workout will strengthen and tone your entire body. You may use barbells, weight plates, resistance bands and/or step benches depending on the instructor’s choice.

Boxing and fitness boxing

Boxing and fitness boxing Learn all the basics of boxing including warm-up, punches, stance, footwork, defense and groundwork. You can also try our Fitness boxing classes where boxing is combined with high-intensity training.

Breathe Better

Breathe Better In this class you will focus on freeing and optimising the breath - engaging your rest and digest system and learn about nose breathing. Breathing is 3-dimensional so you will experience a more natural, optimised breath and get the feeling of destress.

Circuit fusion

Circuit fusion A high paced circuit with stations using functional training equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls and sandbags.

Deep water aqua

Deep water aqua You will be equipped with a belt and a set of floating dumbbells for this fun fitness class. This class is a great no impact cardio and strength activity for all levels.

Fascial training

Fascial training In this class we will work with the connective tissue in the body – our fascia. Through mobility exercises, dynamic wide movements, rebound elasticity, multi-dimensional/functional movements and finally fascial release we will create a healthy fascia

Fitball

Fitball Total body training using large fitballs that will challenge your balance and core stability to the max. This functional workout is a great way to improve posture and alignment.

Fitness football

Fitness football Be a part of a 50 minute hard but fun cardio and strength workout with a football. The instruction is for everybody even if you have never played football before.

Fitness handball

Fitness handball Be a part of this hard but fun cardio and strength workout with a handball. The instruction is for everybody even if you have never played handball before.

Fitness reformer Using the reformer machines, you will combine dynamic, functional movements to create a full body workout that will work with strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Functional Mobility This class focuses on mobility and stability to prevent injuries and improve your ability to perform movements in functional training and CrossFit.

Functional Team Workout A class suitable for all levels, providing a fun team work out for you to push to your limits in a new way. You will be challenged as part of a 2–4-person team to complete high intensity workout with the possibility of using a range of equipment. The work

Gymnastics

Gymnastics Focuses on improving balance, strength and basic tumbling skills under the supervision of our Green Team instructors. A great opportunity to develop new gymnastic skills even if you have never tried it before.

Heated children's pool

Heated children's pool There's lots of fun waiting for the little ones in the heated children's pool and great opportunity to get to know some new playmates.

Hiit

Hiit A high-intensity interval training class which involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by varied periods of low-intensity active rest, or complete rest.

Hula hoop

Hula hoop A fun class that challenges your ability to keep your Hula Hoop spinning while performing basic, functional exercises.

Kettlebell training

Kettlebell training Kettlebell training works many parts of the body simultaneously and elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. You will learn the basic Kettlebell swings for a challenging full body workout.

Liit

Liit A low-impact interval training class which involves a full body workout that raises your heart rate but without the impact on your joints.

Mobility

Mobility Mobility is the ability of a joint to move freely and easily through its full range of movement.

Morning meditation

Morning meditation A very peaceful way to start your day with a guided meditation either sitting up or lying down. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and filled up with good energy for your day.

Olympic weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting Become powerful learning how to either snatch, clean or jerk in our intimately sized class. You will receive individualised feedback to help improve your technique for maximum results.

Playground

Playground Lots of fun activities and motor training on the playground. Here we have swings, climbing frames and rocking horses. The playground is most suitable for children from the age of 2 and up.

Powerlifting

Powerlifting Focusing on either back squat, deadlift, or bench press, you will receive individual feedback on improving your movement to ensure you have an efficient technique for maximum results.

Senior circuits

Senior circuits This class is designed to maintain and improve mobility, strength and flexibility. You can enjoy the benefits of training in a group setting, making full use of our Sanocircle air resistance machines.

Slackline

Slackline An introduction to the use of the slackline, the different lines, how to set it up correctly, walking, balance, trick-lining and long-lining.

Spikeball

Spikeball Spikeball is a new fun and easy game, based on beach volleyball, played by two teams using a ball and a round net on the ground. It’s very easy to learn and perfect for playing with your family and friends on a beach day!

Step

Step A high energy class using the Reebok step platform. Choose from 3 different levels of choreography based on your ability level to challenge both your body and mind.

Stretch & relax

Stretch & relax This class is designed to improve flexibility and leave you feeling totally relaxed. You will perform a series of stretches followed by a relaxation section at the end.

Sup fitness

Sup fitness You will perform a variety of strength and balance exercises on a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board. It is an unstable platform that acts as a balance trainer and increases the intensity and difficulty of every exercise.

Trampoline fitness

Trampoline fitness This is a fun and dynamic class where you will get a full body workout on a fitness trampoline.

Trampoline playground

Trampoline playground In the middle of La Rambla you'll find the trampoline playground, with small trampolines and accompanying tubers offering plenty of fun for all ages.

Trx

Trx TRX training improves your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It is one of our most popular activities and we offer beginners and intermediate classes.

Ultimate abs

Ultimate abs This workout will strengthen and tone the whole of your core with or without equipment.

Ultimate legs & glutes

Ultimate legs & glutes This workout will strengthen and tone your entire lower body with a special focus on thighs and glutes. Don´t miss out on this awesome class while on holiday at Club La Santa!

Weekly events

Weekly events Every week we arrange a number of races including 5k and 10k run, half marathon, duathlon with bodybike, and aquathlon. Everyone can participate and try them out!
