Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Today, Pilates classes follow his 6 original principles: breathing, concentration, control, centering, precision, and flow. Pilates is designed to improve your flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance in the entire body.

Join our many weekly Pilates and Pilates Reformer classes at Club La Santa, with our inspiring and motivating Green Team instructors. All classes are free to attend, as are most of our activities. That’s what we call an "All Sport Inclusive".

Stretch & relax

Stretch & relax This class is designed to improve flexibility and leave you feeling totally relaxed. You will perform a series of stretches followed by a relaxation section at the end.

Aerial relaxation

Aerial relaxation You will lie suspended in the aerial hammocks and be guided into a deep state of both physical and mental relaxation. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for new adventures.

Mobility

Mobility Mobility is the ability of a joint to move freely and easily through its full range of movement.

Morning meditation

Morning meditation A very peaceful way to start your day with a guided meditation either sitting up or lying down. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and filled up with good energy for your day.

Fascial training

Fascial training In this class we will work with the connective tissue in the body – our fascia. Through mobility exercises, dynamic wide movements, rebound elasticity, multi-dimensional/functional movements and finally fascial release we will create a healthy fascia

Breathe Better

Breathe Better In this class you will focus on freeing and optimising the breath - engaging your rest and digest system and learn about nose breathing. Breathing is 3-dimensional so you will experience a more natural, optimised breath and get the feeling of destress.
