Train in Club La Santa’s Fitness Centre with the latest top-quality equipment: modern Precor Fitness machines with interactive screens, Woodway treadmills, Concept 2 machines, SkiErg and much more. The Fitness Centre is also fully equipped with machines for cardio workouts.
If weights are more your thing, you'll love the range of free weights and machines at our gym. Train with dumbbells and barbells or choose from a full range of Precor machines. Our top-of-the-range machines are perfect if you’re new to strength training. We have Olympic bars, kettlebells, and medicine balls in the outdoor CrossFit area.
Our Green Team instructors in the Fitness Centre are always ready to help and give you tips on how to get the most out of your workout.

ANALYSIS
Get a personalised weight and body composition analysis using Tanita Body Analysis Scales. You'll get insights on your weight, body fat, muscle mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate and more. The test takes about 5-10 minutes and costs 10€.
Request the test and pay in Sports Booking after check-in.

Opening hours: Every day from 08:00 to 19:00. Last entry is at 18:30.
You must be at least 15 years old to use the fitness centre on your own. Children aged 13 to 14 can use the facility with an adult, after signing a form in Sports Booking.
We kindly ask you to wear a t-shirt and trainers when working out in the Fitness Centre.

Kettlebell training

Sup fitness
Sup fitness You will perform a variety of strength and balance exercises on a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board. It is an unstable platform that acts as a balance trainer and increases the intensity and difficulty of every exercise.

Step A high energy class using the Reebok step platform. Choose from 3 different levels of choreography based on your ability level to challenge both your body and mind.

Body Bike Body Bike takes place outdoors on BODY BIKE® SMART + bikes. We use INTELLIGENT CYCLING® and the BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling app. You can use Look Delta and SPD cleats or training shoes for the bikes.
