The instructions consist of a 5-minute introduction of the BODY BIKE® CYCLING APP followed by a workout on the body bikes. We recommend that you bring your smartphone and have downloaded the app in advance. You can use the Look Delta and SPD cleats or trainers. Bike shoes are also available in size 36-48.

Bouldering is rock climbing stripped down to its raw essentials. Leaving behind ropes and harnesses and just using climbing shoes and a bag of chalk over safety mats. Your challenge is to climb short but tricky bouldering "problems" (a route, or sequence of moves) using balance, technique, strength, and your brain. Learn how to climb with an experienced instructor.

Choose between hatha or flow yoga. Hatha is a slow, gentle style that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) which help to balance and bring peace to the mind and body. 

Flow is a dynamic and intense style of yoga derived from Vinyasa Flow. You will synchronise breath (pranayama) and movement in a continuous flow from one yoga pose (asana) to the next, combined with longer holds in some postures.
